It usually consists of easy-to-prepare dishes that undergo only a minimal cooking process. It often consists of pastries, butter, eggs, bacon, jams or marmalades. As a beverage, tea, coffee, juice or milk are usually preferred.

During conferences, seminars, congresses, workshops, it is necessary to refresh a tired mind. For this purpose, a break usually lasting 10 – 30 minutes is suitable, during which light snacks in the form of baguettes or sandwiches, fruit and sweet pastries are usually served. Drinks are usually coffee, tea, water or juice.

A banquet is the most appropriate and popular form of social event to generate social activity and networking. It is a festive refreshment which takes place mainly in the afternoon or evening. The event usually starts with a ‘Welcome Drink’, which is offered by the staff to guests on arrival. After the welcome and introductory program, buffets and drinks are provided for the guests. The menu consists of hot and cold dishes, desserts, alcoholic, non-alcoholic and hot drinks (wine, beer, water, juice, cola, coffee, tea). Consumption is mainly self-service, where guests can choose what they want or what they are tempted to taste. The food is consumed standing only. The refreshments are professionally arranged, which is the basis of a good buffet. The event often includes an accompanying programme and music.

This is a social event that can take place at any time of the day and lasts no longer than 30 minutes. It can be organised on various occasions, e.g. signing of contracts, launching of a new book or CD, opening of a new shop or branch, etc. As the name suggests, a glass of sparkling wine or water is served exclusively, or small snacks and delicacies. Everything is served by the staff directly from the trays, consumption is standing up.

A cocktail is a social event, organized in the morning or afternoon. It is the easiest way to organize an event with refreshments. It is economically and operationally less demanding. It is ideal, for example, for opening events or press conferences. Guests can come and go throughout the event, so hosts or organisers stay near the entrance to continuously greet and say goodbye to guests. Catering-wise, it is in the nature of a brunch. Drinks are served as well as small snacks in the form of canapés or finger food served from platters, eaten standing up. The duration is 60-90 minutes.

Barbecue, or grilling, has become more and more popular and in demand lately. It is suitable for any social event. The basis of barbecue is a treat in the form of grilled goodies (sausages, steaks, fish, vegetables). It can also be used in combination with a buffet or be part of a garden party.

The garden festival is mostly informal and seasonal. It is organised for example to celebrate a birthday or a company anniversary. However, no excuse is needed for a garden party. The main reason and theme is usually delicious food and drink, sitting with famous people in the fresh air. Most of the time, a garden party is held outdoors (gardens, parks, terraces). If the weather is not favourable, we can provide tents including gas heaters. The garden festival often includes a cultural and sports programme and entertainment for children. Refreshments take the form of a buffet, which can be supplemented by grilling fresh meat, fish or grilling selet. The food is imported and kept in a special refrigerated wagon for the duration of the event.
